In 2020 Wield PC received a grant of £3543.78 as Wield’s part of the Neighbourhood Portion of CIL levy receipts.

Part of the regulations for receiving the grant are that the grant must be spent on community projects over the following five years. To date no monies have been spent.  A number of suggested uses of this grant are being considered and to that end, the PC would be grateful for any realistic proposals from villagers.
