EHDC have reset the 2021-2038 Local Plan process.
All SHELAA (Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment) sites previously proposed by developers & landowners are back in consideration depending on the 15 year housing target and spatial strategy proposed to meet it.
EHDC is below Five Year Housing Land Supply and is, under the National Planning Policy Framework, open to housing applications and appeals.
