See Map - RC Windmill Lane It is expected that the closure will be required for 3 days, between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm. Should the works need longer to complete EHDC have up to 6 months to complete the works Pedestrian access and vehicular access to affected properties will be maintained. The Order is necessary to facilitate telegraph pole replacements. The alternative route for vehicles will be via Windmill Lane, Rushmoor Lane, New Lane, Ashley Road, Yew Tree Lane and vice versa.
